Q1:What kinds of garment do you produce?

Q2:What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 100pcs, but we can also adjust the quantity according to different customer's different request.
 
Q3:Are you factory?
Yes, we are factory and trading company, we have our own designer and development team,and proffesional production management, we have the exact person to guarantee from the raw material to finished garment, our factory has very good management system and excellent management team, to fulfill customer's different request.
 
Q4:When did your factory established? how many workers? how many equipment? and how many area of your factory?
We have more than 10 years garment experience, company's system and products goes very smoothly . We have more than 200 workers together with workers and management team, 150pcs sewing equipment, 2000 square meters. We also have more than 35 cooperate factory, totally more than 3580 workers, and more than 68600 square meters.
 
Q5:Do you have OEM and ODM service?
Yes, we can, we can according to customer's request, like design, brand, logo, hangtag, label and packing. We also have our own brand and label. Every customer is our God.
 
Q6:How can I get one sample to check the quality?
We have two choice for the sample for you:
a). Our stock sample :We charge USD10 for the basic cost of the sample.
b). According to customer's request: We charge USD100 sample cost including the express cost together. Reach our MOQ500pcs, we can fully refund the sample cost.( the sample cost also can adjust by different design).
If customer directly place order, we can send free pre-production sample to you.
 
Q7: How about your sample time and production time? We can receive the goods on time?
Normally our sample date is 7-10days, according to different design and request, regarding production time: eg. 500pcs blank t-shirt, our production time can be 7 days, it depends on design and quantity.
 
Q8:What information should I send for exact quotation?
Some of our customers only send very rough information for quotation, so cause that our price quote not suitable, in order to give you a very good and competitive price, we need information as below: style , quantity, material, quality request, packing and production time. If don't have, you can provide 3 items of above is ok. Or you can let us to give you some suggestion.
 
Q9:Can I know your product process?
We strictly check each step from development of material, raw material, material check, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, ironing, QC and packing. We can also develop the technical method according to customer's request. Every step we have the exact person to check, to guarantee customer's quality, quantity and production time.
 
Q10: What about your packing method?
Normally we pack one piece per pp bag, and then pack in suitable size carton, if quantity below 5000pcs, we will use our stock carton, if more than 5000pcs, we can do customer's design carton. of course low quantity also can do customer's design carton, but we need to charge back the cost.
 
Q11:We want to know more about your company, but it's a long journey and cost, how we can do ?
Firstly, we are very warm welcome every customer to visit our factory, give us more good idea and instruction to make our factory going more fast. If can't come, we can show our factory's video to you, let you know more about our factory. At meantime, we also use Bureau Veritas to do the factory inspection, to let customer more confident with our company. At last we want to say all our customers are long-term cooperation, every customer from the first time, we work for long-term cooperation.
 
Q12: What's your payment method?
We can use Telegraphic Transfer, Western Union and Paypal.
 
Q13:What's your trade clause?
We do EX-WORK, FOB, C&F and CIF, we can also do DDP and DDU according to each customer's request.
 
Q14: How about the transportation?
